Seeing these apex predators in the wild is truly impressive. Note, this shark is being bated (top left corner) which is why it's coming in so aggresively. We also spent time in a bottom-cage without any bate and were able to see these sharks as they are most of the time - relaxed and just cruising. They're truly beautiful creatures, though I've got a very healthy respect for them in their natural habitat.
This Bannerfish found a perfect hiding place in a thicket of Whip Coral. The whip corals look a dark brown colour underwater until one shines light on them, and this blended wonderfully with the black and white stripes of the Bannerfish.
